If you are talking about upgrading the original 9-12 airframe, then, I'm afraid, only the avionics and radar can be converted to digital. MiG-29SMT and UPG are such upgrades. The new control system overhaul (FBW) is problematic; this makes it a very different aircraft inside. Such work can only be done by the manufacturer, and there is no point in ordering a new MiG-35.
